THE PENTAD GROUP HIRES ROBERT HERLIHY AS A SENIOR FINANCIAL CONSULTANT

WELLESLEY HILLS, MA (August 27, 2007) – Kate McLellan, Principal of The Pentad Group, located in Wellesley Hills Mass., is pleased to announce that Robert (Bob) Herlihy was hired as a Financial Consultant. Herlihy’s responsibilities will include executing finance and accounting projects at various middle-market clients in the New England Area.

Herlihy, a seasoned accounting and finance professional with more than 25 years of experience, has held Controller and senior-level finance positions in the New England area. His vast industry experience includes retail, distribution, services, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, non-profit, aviation and consulting. He is an expert at Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, financial systems integration, project management and all facets of general accounting and finance.

Herlihy has held various Controller, Information Technology Manager and Financial Manager roles at companies in RI and MA, including Baxter Healthcare, McLeod-Bishop Systems, New England Shelter for Homeless Veterans, Health Development Corporate, Fineline Graphics and Sentient Jet. Herlihy also held a role as a Financial Consultant at Parson Consulting, where he was responsible for executing on various finance and accounting projects.

Herlihy, who has a B.S.B.A. in accounting from Bryant University in Smithfield RI, resides in Milford, MA with his 11-year-old son. In his spare time, Herlihy enjoys golf, snow skiing and bicycling.
