THE PENTAD GROUP HIRES DIANNE CAMARA AS A SENIOR FINANCIAL CONSULTANT

Industry Veteran’s Wide Range of Experience is a Benefit for Our Customers

WELLESLEY HILLS, MA (July 17, 2006) – Mary-Margaret Tormey, Principal of The Pentad Group, located in Wellesley Hills Mass., is pleased to announce that Dianne Camara was hired as a Senior Financial Consultant. Camara’s responsibilities will include managing finance and accounting projects, as well as systems-related initiatives. In addition, Camara will be responsible for managing delivery teams, including mentoring junior consultants and managing client relationships.

Camara, a seasoned accounting and finance professional with more than 20 years of experience, has worked in many industries including financial services, publishing, real estate, banking and healthcare. She is an expert at Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, M & A integration, project management and all facets of general accounting and finance management.

“I joined The Pentad Group because of the people and the management team, who I feel are vested in the employees. I like feeling as though I am part of a team that works together,” Camara said. “I am looking forward to working with a diverse client base and both utilizing my existing skills and learning new things.”

Camara began her career as an Accounting Manager at Interactive Data Corp, and after ten years, she took a role as a Financial Manager at Tufts Health Plan, where she was responsible for a staff of 57. She later joined Reed Business Information as the Director of Customer Financial Services, and then went onto Trammell Crow as Vice President and Controller, before becoming an Engagement Manager at Parson Consulting. At Parson Consulting, Camara managed Sarbanes-Oxley compliance engagements, conducted Business Reviews and participated in software selection initiatives.

Camara, who has a BA in political science from University of Massachusetts and a MS in accounting from Bentley College, resides in Mansfield, Mass. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and The Financial Executives Network. In her spare time, Camara enjoys running marathons for nonprofit organizations, cycling, kayaking and adventure travel.
