Jim Moriarty is a Partner of Vitale, Caturano and Co., Ltd., an accounting and business advisory firm. Jim is part of the firm’s specialized audit practice and leads its restaurant and energy industry teams. He specializes in financial statement audit services and assists clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, restructuring, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, operational consulting, computer risk management and accounting and ratemaking consulting. Previously, Jim spent 14 years with Arthur Andersen, most recently as a Partner in their audit and business advisory practice. His experience includes interacting with the SEC and servicing owner-managed businesses as well as multinational companies. Jim is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has a B.S. in accounting from St. Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont. |
